Since the establishment of the company, EKSPRO-2000 realised over 600 designs as a prime contractor or subcontractor for part “Building Structures”. These designs have different scale and complexity.

EKSPRO-2000 prime business focus is the design of building structures of industrial and energy projects in (i.e. nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, gas power plants, water power plants, refineries, pulp and paper factories, chemical plants, metallurgical plants, pharmaceutical plants etc.).

In addition to the industrial designs, the company produces numerous designs of residential buildings, such as family and residential houses, administrative and office buildings, warehouses etc.

 
 
  • TPP “Maritza East 3” – rehabilitation. Cable and Piping Trestle

Site: TPP “Maritza East 3”

Sub-site: Flue gas desulphurisation system-cable and piping trestle.

Main characteristics of the site:

Material: steel structure
Height: 8.80 metres and 12.00 metres
Length: about 150 metres
Width: 2.50 metres
Weight: about 250 tones

The structure connects the Pumping station with the Limestone milling house. It is a spatial system of two vertical and two horizontal trusses, which form a closed section with width 2500 mm and height 2890 mm (axis distances). The Cable and Piping Trestle are enclosed. The walls and the roof are covered with sheet iron. The structure is welded and divided into separate components which are combined with high-tensile bolts.
